Saying goodnight with a soft massage

Ten minutes before you fall asleep should be just yours. After the alarms are set, the phone has been put aside and before your pillow receives your head- that’s Your Time.

It’s a good idea to clean your hands and then wash your face; a light face-wash for all skin types on all weekdays, and a face scrub on weekends. Pat dry, and apply a moisturiser quickly! Before your skin dries out. Massage it in gently in round motions; don’t forget the neck! This is also applicable for the prickly heels and rough elbows.

Now that’s just the first five of the ten minutes. The next five minutes will be the longest of the day; and the best! Lay down comfortably, and focus on your breath as it flows in, and out; in… and out…; in…… and out……..and slowly drift off to sleep.
